Our client is Bosch Termotecnologia. In the Research and Development Center of Bosch Thermotechnology in Aveiro, more than 200 engineers contribute to making homes and cities more intelligent and efficient by developing solutions for Bosch business units and divisions around the globe.

responsabilidades chave
- Provides technical and commercial product training, information and advice to customers and sales
- regions
- Assures third level after sales and pre sales support to customers and sales regions. Responsible for SI
- process
- 3rd level support: supports solving the failures which the sales entity is unable to solve and transfers his
- knowledge towards the sales entity to prevent the problem in the future
- Participation in product development projects regarding training and sales support
- Develops technical documentation and online support material and assures updated information to
- markets regarding technical changes
- Discusses and presents product benefits, technical details and USP of RW products
- Up to date competitor knowledge
competências
- Product/system and technology knowledge residential water
- Specialized knowledge of gas water heaters as well as water treatment: combustion, hydraulics, electrical
- engineering, standards and regulations, installation requirements, put in function, operation, failure finding
- and maintenance
- Strong communication skills
- Good English level
- Willingness to travel
