Our Client is Kinda Home, that is now looking for a HR Specialist to reinforce their team.

competências

Profile:

- Degree in Management, HR Management, Psychology or other similar studies;
- Previous experience (5 years) in multinational environments and/or experience in HR Consultancy;
- Strong command of HR processes and procedures;
- Experience in HR functions management, occupying generalist & internal communication roles namely, potential development, career management & performance, recruitment & selection and training;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (advanced skills in Excel);
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
- Capacity to design and communicate solutions;
- Good communication and pro-active skills;
- Team player/positive contributor to the team and to the organization;
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills;
- Eager to learn and to follow new practices and trends.

principais responsabilidades

Main Responsabilities:

- Build and maintain a relationship with the business to understand needs and developments and to be able to respond and advise proactively;
- Participate on the definition of policies and processes of HR development and performance and ensure their implementation (Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Internal Communication, Performance Management);
- Participate in transversal corporate projects within HR scope;
- Develop internal communication strategies;
- Respond to employee questions relating to company communications and initiatives;
- Act as a center of expertise of HR, by showing curiosity for HR topics and willingness to share knowledge within the Group;
- Contribute to continuous improvement.
