Our client is a leading global paper and packaging multinational with operations worldwide. Due to its growth they are seeking to recruit a HR Specialist (m/f) to aveiro area.


- University education at the undergraduate level in Social and Organizational Psychology,
Sociology or Human Resource Management, or related;
- With professional experience, in the function, at least 2 years;
- Valued professional experience in the area of temporary work;
- Good computer skills from the user's perspective (Microsoft Office);
- Knowledge of English (knowledge of Spanish is a plus);
- Strong interest in the Recruitment & Selection area;
- Good teamwork skills;
- Strong ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- High organizational and planning capacity;
- Immediate availability.

principais responsabilidades

MISSION: This role will consist of administrative tasks, but on the flip side, they also encourage you to challenge their existing process to improve their work.

- Provide HR advice, support and guidance across a range of issues including recruitment, retention, remuneration and benefits, performance management, development and engagement;
- Work with an attendance control system, being responsible for employee requests and documentations, paperwork and processes;
- Be the point of contact for payroll tasks, such as: monthly incidences, social security, flexible benefits, pension plan, health and life insurances, liaison with the treasury department, monthly and yearly taxes and ensuring all employee changes are communicated accurately and within the required timelines;
- Establish employment contracts, carries out admissions to social security and all the procedures inherent to the hiring of employees
- Data interpretation and analysis of all HR informationand reporting: headcount reporting, time & attendance, absenteeism...
- Prepare government required reports, such as “Relatorio único”, facilitating all legal compliance requirements, such as GDPR.
