As a Specialist Benefits & Time Management you be responsible for the correct and timely management of monthly payroll processes and systems:
General and more complex management of core benefits such as Core Benefits Program including pension plans, lifetime work time accounts, pension entitlements and time management tools on a local and sometimes global level;
Provision of consulting and services, including early retirement, to employees and the HR community on general and more complex benefit requests according to defined processes, schedules and service levels in accordance with collective and company agreements;
Supporting implementations of HR Services Strategy for Core Benefits and Time Management Administration in terms of tools, programs and processes at local and sometimes global level;
Analysis of topics related to consulting services and suggestions for improvement measures to improve the quality of service for employees and the HR community as well as IT, in relation to general and more complex topics for Core Benefits & Time;
Preparation, consolidation and analysis of standard and ad-hoc reports with a special focus on market developments;
Manage Core Benefits & Time requests according to global, regional and local policies and support implementation of improvement opportunities;
Support the development of Core Benefits and Time Management Systems & Programs for Germany
Performing internal and external audits regarding core benefits & time, as well as the corresponding communication with authorities;
Support in the development and communication of policies, processes and legal regulations regarding Core Benefits and Time Management to our employees;
Continuous improvement of internal documentation including mapped processes and knowledge base articles and as a reliable author of nominated articles.
Ensuring the correct implementation of laws and regulations regarding specific employee master data and company data;
Creation of user manuals and process illustrations;
Support in the development, creation and improvement of communication about standards, procedures, guidelines and processes to employees, internal customers and works councils.
