We are now looking for a HR Recruitment Analyst to join our team in the GBS and help us find the best talent to join Airbus.
You will be part of the Recruitment Sourcing & Administration team. Among our growing responsibilities, we support the recruitment process for Early Careers Programmes in the
UK, and manage referral schemes within Airbus core countries (UK, Spain, France and Germany).
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Reporting:
● Collect, structure, analyze, and report on recruitment processes and data;
● Communicate process and provide status to candidates and stakeholders as required;
● Continuous improvement of existing reports and reporting processes;
General activities:
● Support continuous improvement of the processes;
● Provide data analysis reportings & surveys.
Recruitment:
● Support administrative recruitment activities such as:
● Support hiring managers and Early Careers team on the creation of job requisitions;
● Host briefing calls with Hiring Managers to identify exact skills and qualifications needed to best match candidates to positions and improve job descriptions;
● Screen and shortlist candidates to support the Recruitment Process.
● Schedule interviews and host Assessment Centers with candidates and assessors;
● Provide feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders on the recruitment processes;
● Support employee’s referral programs;
● Update and maintain the inhouse recruitment database;
● Understand the internal and external candidate market environment in terms of tendencies & profiles
● Work closely with the Employment Marketing team to ensure the most relevant approach for advertising open positions on appropriate job boards, both internal
and external, career websites and other approved Social media;
● May involve participation at career fairs and HR marketing activities.
