Randstad Professionals is the brand of Randstad focus on the recruitment of Middle & Top Management.
Our client is a technology company that is currently looking for a HR Data Analyst.

Main duties:

- Maintain HR analytical tools, reporting and dashboards. This includes maintenance of data to support HR analytics needs and ensuring accuracy and consistency of key data sets, reports and metrics;

- Complete HR reporting and data analysis;

- Develop queries and/or gathering data from various sources;

- Analysis of the quality and effectiveness of HR processes and the alignment with the company’s strategy;

- Updating technical and functional documentation in the system;

- Participation in the preparation of the annual budget and employment plans;

- Collaborate in other related activities and/or projects.

Profile:

-Masters degree, preferably in, Human Resources, Finance, Economics or other related area;

- Advanced Excel skills;

- Very good command of English;

- Good analytical skills and problem solving approach;

- Paying attention to details, fast and accurate to data input;

- Deep understanding of financial terms and reporting;

- Strong communication and presentation skills;

- Capability to work under pressure;

- Think creative and independent;

- Resilient and resourceful, in achieving objectives;

- Passion for data management;

- Experience in database management;

- Workday HRIS technical understanding/experience;

- Understanding of predictive analytics and statistics;

- Sharepoint user experience.
