Support HR budgeting, personnel cost, and FTE monitoring;
Develop, maintain, deliver, and improve HR controlling monitoring tasks and any related reports;
Provide the required data analysis and trends of HR controlling KPIs;
Support Finance Controllers and HRC on any HR controlling topic;
Regularly update and maintain user data and system configuration, and perform regular quality checks HR related data in the system;
Provide regular and ad hoc reports to HRBPs and Managers, dashboarding, project and cost planning and forecasting;
Continuous development of headcount planning and reporting tools;
Support statistical analyses of HR data for various purposes, benchmarking, and other ad hoc requests;
Monitor HR department budget;
Participate in assigned HR projects and support HRIS regular tasks;
