Your role:
Represent Reward Operations UK through each Early Careers campaign in all drumbeat meetings and workshops
Ensure Early Careers hire tracker is maintained and up to date for Reward Operations UK for each campaign annually
Use the Workday (WD) platform, ensuring all HR analyst activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain standard operating procedure documents (SOPs/WD knowledge database), ensuring they remain relevant and accurate
Support business and employee queries regarding issuing of Early careers contracts
Main Responsibilities:
Maintain Reward Operations section of Early careers Tracker
Manage the Employment Agreements (EA) between WD inbox and the tracker, ensuring all information is updated
Manage Security and Visa clearance, update tracker
Update tracker with Corp ID from EA
Escalate and liaise with the HRBP/Early Careers/ROUK Team with any queries
Complete HR analyst activities within Workday for HIRE business process
Validate the information within the Job Requisition (JR)
Submit EA in WD
Esign contract send to candidate, on return move hire forward in WD
Escalate and liaise with the HRBP/Early Careers Team with any errors
Action errors in monitoring tool
Run monitoring tool daily
Investigate errors utilizing SAP and WD
Support business with weekly MFT meeting, queries and advice
Attend weekly virtual meetings
Prepare tracker with updated information
List any queries beforehand and discuss with MFT
Prepare action log
Create manual contracts for Under 18 candidates
Download PDF contract in WD, distribute to candidates via email
Update the tracker
On return, check document, push hire forward in WD
Follow up on any candidates that have not submitted their contract in a timely manner
Monitor Emails and service now tickets
Ensure that any email queries are actioned
Ensure that any ServiceNow tickets are raised and resolved
