competências
- Bachelors Degree in Hospitality/Tourism;
- 3 years minimum experience as a Hotel Manager in a Luxury Resort (international exposure will be appreciated);
- Property industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and
- a pattern of exceptional performance;
- Excellent command of both English and Portuguese language is essential, knowledge
- of other languages is a plus;
- Very good knowledge of hotel management software;
- Proven leadership skills, results oriented, customer focused and with a strong eye to detail;
- Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving;
- Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure;
- Dedication and willingness to go above and beyond;
- Strong work ethics.
