competências

What are we looking for?

Technical background (e.g., Academic training in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Telecommunications and Informatics Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering or similar).
Very good knowledge of project management methodology (Prince2 or PMI/PMP certification or good knowledge)
Experience in banking and digital payment world, global vision of digital and retail specificities of the payment market and knowledge of payment platforms and e-commerce platforms
Solid software development experience
Very good knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C++, JAVA, .NET)
Knowledge of OutSystems technology
10 years experience or more in driving and leading technical team
International management experience
Result driven mentality.
Problem solving attitude.
Very good Portuguese and English spoken and written.

principais responsabilidades

What are the responsabilities?

• To manage a team of architects, functional analysts, technical leaders and quality assurance to ensure the performance and quality of a banking product.
• To ensure on a day by day basis a proficient and effective work ambient to get the best from the team.
• To oversee the training and improving the team along the time.
• To be the main contact point for internal client on an international level.
• To coordinate the work development with project managers based in France in order to ensure a proper feedback and all the support required to setup and manage project roadmaps.
• To be the unique internal voice of the International IT Department.
• To be responsible of the relation with service providers of the International IT Department.
• To be implicated in contracts’ negotiation activities, budget management as well as any other communication threads with partners.
• To be the main responsible for qualitative and quantitative KPIs in order to identify and measure the activities of the International IT Department.
• To be responsible for ensuring the definition and good conduction of Internal Controls.
• To bring solidity in terms of problem solving and existing processes and being the main innovation driver against new technologies and processes setup.
• To be the main controller of the International IT Department budget usage.
