responsabilidades chave
- Budget & forecast process inclinding tracking financials;
- Local GAAP, statutory & stakeholder reporting;
- Tax compliance;
- Internal Control System & compliance;
- Take responsibility for the accounting function within the service organization and manage the on-site operations (100 headcounts);
- Lead accounting operations in adherence to budget, financial targets, service quality requirements and KPIs;
- Support the interface between corporate & service organization and ensure alignment of operations to the corporate guidelines;
- Achieve state of the art service delivery through driving continuous improvement in close cooperation with Global Process Optimization organization;
- Manage staffing and training execution of operational staff including selection and decision on team staffing.
competências
- Professional experience of 10+ years and at least 5 years in a leadership position in accounting with deep and broad understanding of all accounting areas;
- Experience in a leadership position within a Shared or Business Service environment;
- Experience in transition from a functional to process-oriented (end-to-end) service environment (desirable);
- Certified Accountant degree (desirable);
- Profound leadership skills with strong performance orientation, good communication skills and assertiveness;
- Willingness to build international network incl. travelling with focus on Europe;
- Constructive conflict resolution and a confident appearance;
- Strong commitment, motivation and high enthusiasm;
- Excellent English skills in speaking and writing, one further European language desirable;
- Team player with a good sense for different company/country cultures.
