Main responsibilities:
● Define in agreement with the CCO and implement the Group pricing strategy on all the branches(10
● Be the global controler of tariff policy and data accuracy through efficient and relevant monitoring process;
● Ensure of the successful usage of the pricing tool in accordance with the Group Pricing strategy;
● Compile and manage the competitive pricing database to support sales growth and be able to provide the
right pricing;
● Put in place and monitor KPIs of quotation conversion rates, margin, pricing conversions and cost
● Challenges regularly Minimum every quarters all the departments to optimize costs related to pricing models and is able to identify lanes and offers on which we are outside of the market;
● Organize and lead the monthly pricing committees;
● Control and challenge the pricing, costs and margin during the strategic quotation requests and RFQ
● Be able to identify key gaps and added value of Yield and more optimal operational models to allow a more
aggressive price protecting high margin for CRYOPDP;
● Build Pricing structure and make it efficient and easy to use internally and externally thanks to his/her understanding of CRM and Ordering system;
● Identify key gaps, lead and influence other areas of the company to accelerate and optimize pricing integration, view, usage, analysis, deployment and monitoring;
● Build and mody process to ensure profit control, efficiency and Revenue growth;
● Ensure that the tender and Pricing processes and delegations are always respected and known by all the
key actors of the company;
● Attend to ensure margin and profit are
protected and is able to analyse impact and Gap and to provide recommendation for action;
● Manage the Pricing directy the pricing analyst in Europe and in doted-line in ROW;
● Organize monthly meeting with his global team to align, analyse results, and define action plans.

Academic degree in Engineering or Industrial Management;
Successful previous experience (5 years minimum) within a service provider B to B company;
Strong knowledge in logistics;
Capacity for autonomy, organization and leadership.;
Be naturally recognized as a team player and should feel comfortable working within an organization and have the ability to relate and get information from colleagues;
Willingness to learn and develop the role is vital;
Native fluency in English would be appreciated.
