Degree or master in Finance, Controlling or Business Administration with focus on process optimization, strategy and/or analytics;
First professional & international experience in relevant fields (e.g. internships in Controlling, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Production or Procurement) with continuous improvement mindset;
Funded MS Office skills as well as a basic knowledge of SAP (FI/CO); Ideally you have first experience in operations controlling and/or with BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI;
Strong communication, intercultural and social skills as well as an enthusiastic can-do attitude;
Strong analytical and conceptual skills;
Fluency in English (additional language like German or Spanish is a plus);
