Coordinates the Supply Chain information assessment for Pre-Due Diligence and Due Diligence requirements;
Synchronize the Supply chain activities for new businesses integration and portfolio acquisitions tied to corporate strategic initiatives;
This involves designing of E2E network configuration new process and/or organizational structures, integrating systems, overhauling operations, consolidating products and services to ensure flawless process/system/people readiness to integrate new supply chains within the organization and
optimize current flows;
Design and implement a robust and disciplined integration strategy, process, and execution plan as part of the overall Integration and Due Diligence team;
Provide an define a clear communication strategy relates integration activities fulfillment and Network optimization execution;
Partner with business and functional leaders across the organization to execute integration plans
and deliver project milestones;
Liaise and collaborate between Business Development teams, Business Units and Functions
during key phases across the deal evaluation and design stage;
Manage the efforts to welcome and successfully integrate all new acquisitions/partners into the
various Supply Chain functions;
Work with the Integration / DD team and new acquisition partner to gain an understanding of their
current systems and processes;
Provide accurate process mapping of potential new business to design proper
process/system/people needs and capabilities to seamlessly receive the new business;
Asses current state processes of potential new business and define requirements/improvements
based on fact-based decision and analyses;
Liaises with Supply Chain planners and managers to review and optimize supply chain footprint to
increase agility and leverage capacity balancing throughout the global network;
Support standardization and continuous improvements in planning process and its tools;
Prioritize initiatives to align with supply chain strategy, setting performance metrics framework to
measure success and communicating with business partners;
Develop the network design processes and driving the GOB and Supply Chain visions;
Influencing in the Supply Chain and other Teams to address the correct E2E network
configuration and optimization.

University Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, MBA or equivalent preferred;
Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification (APICS/ IBF) desirable;
10+ Years related experience on network configuration and/or E2E Supply Planning processes;
Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP, O9, Kinaxis) is preferred;

A strong communicator with to communicate clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms;
