To join the Supply Chain area, we are looking for a Finished Goods Logistics Specialist. This professional will have as main mission to coordinate operational activities and relationships with warehousing third party logistics and transportation providers at minimum cost, ensuring delivery of expected services, performances, and compliance


• Super user for SAP TM (Transport Management), Transporeon, and Material Handling and Master Data Champion;
• Agree on service requirements with the Business and establish the targets;
• Set targets for transport and warehousing services, continuously keep track of KPIs close to the target values, review and improve performance of transporters;
• Ensure correct construction, control and management of Transport and warehousing Budget (performance and costs);
• Responsible for setting an adequate logistics costs dashboard for on-going monitoring;
• Support global transportation tenders and warehousing tenders;
• Influence logistics third parties operations management in order to continuously improve service and cost;
• Putting in place a structured continuous improvement approach based on the application of Tools and the implementation of Best Practices;
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé Corporate Business Principles and Supply Chain Policies.

competências

University Degree or equivalent with specialization in Supply Chain/Logistics.
At least 5-8 years of professional experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics or similar areas;
Experience in physical logistics and decision making in Transportation, Warehouse management;
Knowledge of Transport Management , Inventory Management processes, tools, systems and related Best Practices;
Knowledge of budget management and cost analysis (cost drivers);
Experience in tendering, contract negotiations and contract management;
Fluent in English, French is a plus;
Excellent communicator and autonomous;
Project Management;
Strong team player;
Problem Solving and Decision Making;
Handling Crisis and Resolution Management
