Reflecting its growth, we are recruiting a to recruit an employee for the financial team for the position of Financial Controller.

competências
- The candidate must meet the following requirements:
- - degree in Management, Economics, Accounting or similar
- - professional experience between 1 to 3 years in finance planning and analysis role
- - fluent in English (eliminatory factor)
- - strong knowledge of MS Excel (eliminatory factor)
- - SAP experience
- - very well structured with strong analytical skills
- - ability to work under pressure and to comply with short deadlines
- - ability to work as part of a cross divisional team as well as independently
- - comfortable in working in an international environment
- - ability to present information in a structured and balanced way
- - highly-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic and the ability to work with minimum supervision
- - understand the bigger picture and be proactive in the management of their workload and the wider business requirements
responsabilidades
- This position will be working directly with the headquarters team in Germany and the finance local teams of all other Olympus medical repair centers in Europe.
- The tasks that are to be performed include:
- - month closing tasks in SAP
- - preparing monthly reporting packages, with analysis of month and YTD deviation,
- - develop and prepare business unit analysis presentations/updates for internal and external stakeholders
- - support in the preparation of the annual Plan and forecasts
- - provide financial support and guidance in project business cases.
