The main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Support the Airbus monthly closings and planning occasions: prepare the tool, collect and input the results provided by the Accounting and central Finance teams in the tool, ensure on time on quality reports, support the end-users
Respond on a timely manner to queries e.g. during monthly financial closings
Identify recurring problems and promote a continuous improvement policy
Support the maintenance of the tools, reports and/or related Master Data following business changes (i.e.: changes in Airbus Programmes, internal reorganizations, new policies, etc
Incident support: Qualify queries, route to the relevant resolver group and escalate support when relevant
Collect incidents through ticketing system
Analyze incidents according to priority
Propose and apply a solution to fix
In case needed, connect to Headquarter expert teams or development teams for solution
Make proposals to optimize the Support team ways of working
Ensure proper management of access rights and regular review of the users following the Airbus ethics & compliance principles
Support planning projects in a collaborative environment
Coordinate the change board activities for a given perimeter: analyze finance request; perform deep dive analysis; make the link with IT development team to ensure on time, on cost, on quality deliveries; perform functional test and coordinate user acceptance test
Create and maintain technical and functional documentation
Support users training sessions based on users requests
More generally, the jobholder is responsible for the quality of the whole support process on the finance planning and controlling transformation projects.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Good understanding of Business Processes in the Finance area (accounting and controlling)
Good analytical problem solving and quick learner
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Customer oriented and team spirit
Flexibility and capacity to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment
Ability to work in an international environment with multiple stakeholders
Language Skills: Negotiation level in English, French, German and Spanish are a plus.
Knowledge on Analysis for Office, Google Workspace, SAP, IBM Planning analytics is a plus
