Maintain the principal’s business calendar;
Anticipate the principal’s needs and take immediate, thoughtful action;
Respond to invitations and add events to calendar as needed;
Coordinate travel arrangements;
Assist principal in planning and coordinating special events;
Oversee and manage the household staff schedules;
Maintain file systems including those for household operations, warranty manuals, household equipment;
Take ownership of work; think strategically and be resourceful;
Perform internet research as needed for the principal;
Establish and maintain hard copy and electronic files;
Create and manage a current database that includes friends, business contacts, and
relatives;
Run personal and household errands as needed;
Provide white-glove, concierge style service with restaurants, shopping experiences;
Scheduling of personal appointments;
Researching and locating top medical professionals for consultation;
Arrange, confirm, re-schedule and follow-up on personal appointments;
Manage personal needs including making dinner reservations, locating theater tickets, ordering flowers and sending gifts;
Plan, manage and maintain all aspects of the client’s schedule, including serving as the primary point of contact for all scheduling and meeting requests;
Communicate directly and on behalf of the client with external organizations and partners;
Assist with the management of finances and expenses;
Resolve issues and troubleshoot a variety of situations;
Assist with other daily requests and tasks, including composing and preparing correspondence, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
