Providing 2nd line support for ServiceNow incidents (automated alerts, self-service, phone, email, chat);
Implement standard PDSM requests;
Update NetDB and Statseeker database and monitoring tools with new/retired WLAN/LAN devices;
Identify where a specific endpoint is connected based on mac-address;
Troubleshoot and fix Speed/duplex issues;
Is aware of standard hardware models;
Knows UTP/Fiber categories and related;
Is aware of standard hardware models, types of order kits, standard SSIDs;
Read access to track/monitor IP assignments and DHCP pool status.
