responsabilidades chave
Define and propose to the Unit Manager the budget for the Palletizers & Packaging Section, along with its Activity Plan, monitor the performance and the achievement of the defined KPIs, analysis of costs, and consumptions;
Attend plant meetings and participate in the analysis of production planning, problem identification, and intervention;
Prepare, with the Quality Section Manager, the definition of the quality standards, in terms of the characteristics of palletizers and packaging equipment and ensure its implementation, ensuring the maintenance of the product's quality after being produced;
Analyze the costs and performance of the used packages and define procedures for their optimization as well as for the optimization of the palletizer process;
Coordinate the definition of the maintenance plan for the palletizers and packaging equipment, and ensure the completion of the scheduled preventive maintenance interventions, as well as the necessary corrective maintenance interventions;
Contact inspection palletizers' suppliers and request information regarding the equipment's life cycle, preventive maintenance dates, specifications, and other relevant notes;
Identify the related materials, define the necessary stocks for the week, and contact the Logistics department for the order of those materials and components;
Identify improvement opportunities and prepare investment proposals to be presented to the Plant Manager, as well as participate in projects of continuous improvement that are being implemented in the plant;
Study the market's best practices and conduct benchmarks regarding great internal references or market references, such as new suppliers or products;
Manage, motivate, and develop the team, namely in terms of the elaboration of training and development plans, as well as performance and potential management;
Ensure compliance with the norms and regulations in terms of Safety, Health and Environment, promoting the use of Personal Protective Equipment, leading by example, suggesting actions, and reporting work accidents.competências
Bachelor's degree in electrotechnical engineering, or electrotechnical engineering, or mechatronic engineering, or similar;
2 to 5 years of experience (candidates with less experience, or new graduates can be considered);
Knowledge of electronic components;
People management experience;
Good level of English;
Previous factory or industrial experience is a plus.principais benefícios
