responsabilidades chave
You will be the key element in assisting customers throughout all aspects of their journey, from the moment they browse the brand’s website to the final resolution of their needs.
This includes:
guiding them in product selection;
resolving any website issues;
providing detailed product information and facilitating a seamless ordering process;
overseeing delivery processes, handling returns and refunds, and swiftly resolving any challenges that may arise along the way.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with warranty-related issues.competências
Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written (mandatory);
High school diploma or higher education;
Broadband fiber internet connection (mandatory) as you will be working from home.principais benefícios
What’s in it for you?

A Monday to Friday job (from 9 am to 6 pm), but you must be available to work a shift during weekends if needed.
