Manage and optimize the online store to enhance user experience and drive sales;
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets;
Analyze customer behavior and sales data to identify trends and opportunities;
Collaborate with the marketing team to align e-commerce strategies with overall marketing goals;
Conduct A/B testing and use data insights to improve website performance;
Monitor and report on key e-commerce metrics, ensuring continuous improvement  and optimization;
Manage inventory and merchandising to ensure product availability and maximize sales;
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep our strategies current  and competitive.

3years of proven experience in e-commerce management and analytics  (experience with platforms like Shopify, Google Analytics, and SEO tools are a plus);
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with e-commerce tools and platforms;
Experience in managing direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands (preferably in  fashion/apparel);
Expertise in website optimization, A/B testing, and data analysis;
Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce;
Excellent English proficiency (speaking, writing, listening).
