About the mission: As a DevOps engineer, you will participate in several internet related projects projects (like Devops processes optimization and automation, Microsoft Azure security, Content Delivery Network, Functional monitoring and Sitecore migration) and give technical support to the development & support teams. As part of the team owner of the internet domain, you ensure on the
availability, performance and security of our Internet solutions across 5 different countries. Our IT department support the solutions used in Belgium, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Brazil and provide Web service to local consumers and to partner companies.

Making beneficial changes with minimum disruption to IT services.
Managing technical issues, analyzing, and working with our development group and application providers to resolve complex technical problems.
Support the deployment solution across environments and across countries
Propose and implement improvements on our setup
Become rapidly the main point of contact for the activities of the team
Resolving escalated customer complaints.
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and specifications as part of troubleshooting Devops process.
Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
Working with international customers across time zones.
Participation in the internal on-call rotation system
