Ensure compliance with the BCBS 239 Data framework by monitoring the governance of essential reports, indicators, and critical data elements (CDEs);
Create strategic data roadmaps and facilitate workshops to strengthen risk reporting and management practices within Global Financial Services;
Monitor the implementation of data quality improvements to address anomalies and discrepancies and assist in developing sustainable remediation plans across different chains, including Financing, Global Markets, Trade, and Cash, while keeping stakeholders informed of progress;
Assist with preparing committees, such as Steering, OPCO, CSRA, and Data Quality Committees;
Identify the golden sources of each critical data element (CDE), assist in defining business rules, and ensure accurate documentation from the golden source;
Contribute to the development of the data catalog and data glossary (Zeenea) with data governance for critical data elements (CDEs);
Contribute to cross-functional projects and new functional models, especially in data-related transformation initiatives;
Promote a "Know Your Data" culture within the organization, which will help to increase maturity in data quality topics.

5+ years of experience in financial area;
Masters degree in Finance, Management, Audit or Risk;
Knowledge of Data Management and Data Governance;
Previous professional experience with Financing and Global Markets (Banking industry);
Knowledge of Regulatory ECB Reportings (FINREP, COREP, LCR, ) and IFRS Accounting Standards;
Previous experience with Project Management;
Notions of SQL and DataViz tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, Quicksight, Google Analytics, etc...);
Knowledge on Microsoft Office pack (priority with presentation tool Power Point);
Fluent in English (mandatory);
Pro-active attitude with ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment;
Strong capacity of teamwork;
