Your mission will be to support the Transformation of the Manufacturing Engineering function with facts and figures. Your journey starts with us in a data-driven organization

The main tasks and responsibilities will include:
● Collaborate cross-plant & transnationally with Manufacturing Engineering teams and ensure end to end solutions
● Consulting for different customers on digital development and improvement projects (including the understanding, challenging and translation of the customer into clear user stories)
● Consolidating data from Skywise, analyzing, visualizing and interpreting them in order to provide specific deliverables (e.g. KPIs, Dashboards, Performance Analysis, Business Recommendations, Reports, etc…)
● Supporting Managers & Project Leaders in their accountability to achieve time, cost, quality and performance objectives

Diploma or Bachelor + Master degree
Negotiation level in English
Good knowledge of Airbus SAP environments
Good knowledge in Airbus Analytics Platforms (e.g. Skywise including Contour, Slate and Code Repository)
Programming skills in Python/Pyspark or equivalent
Excellent G Suite skills
Experience with data management
Experience with stakeholder management and a customer oriented mindset
Understanding of Performance Management, Project Management (e.g. Waterfall and Agile methodology) and planning tools (e.g. Planisware, MS Project, etc..)
Structured way of working with resilience and proactiveness
Ability to simplify the business and communicate easily
Flexibility and a team player with innovative thinking
