Customer oriented role responsible for providing support on engineering (Cybersecurity Services Integrations and Dev.) and operations team (Customer guidance for testing).

Defining and documenting integration requirements;
Collect and evaluate data for each workstream;
Analyze and extract insights from gathered data;
Support operations and customer support stream on refining and executing service delivery model;
Support data and analytics team on DevOps management for testing services;competências
Provide specialized tech. support for cybersecurity testing services;
Provide clients with personal assistance and guidance through cybersecurity services:
SAST, Cyber Risk Rating, Vulnerability Identification and Automated Pentesting,
Reporting insights and assistance;
DevOps management for testing services;
Aggregate cybersecurity reports into user friendly data;
Integration of third-party technologies knowledge;
Analytical and Data reporting skills;
Process management of digital and technological services;
Fluent in both english and portuguese;
Education in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering, Cybersecurity Master or other certifications.principais benefícios
