Assisting the customer through several channels regarding his reservations;
Providing information with regards to products/services available;
Embodying the best the company has to offer.competências
Swedish native or fluent speaker (mandatory);
Good knowledge of English;
High school certificate or equivalent (mandatory);
Available to work full-time and with rotating schedules;
Excellent customer care skills;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and telephone manner;
Fiber optic internet connection and an Ethernet Cable are mandatory.principais benefícios
What we have for you?
- Up to 1700,00€ gross per month
- Meal allowance of 6€ net per working day (approx. 132,00€ net per month)
- Schedule from from Monday to Friday
- Health insurance
- Location: Porto
