- Assisting the customer through several channels regarding his reservations;
- Providing information with regards to products/services available;
- Embodying the best the company has to offer.
competências
- Danish native or fluent speaker (mandatory);
- Good knowledge of English;
- High school certificate or equivalent (mandatory);
- Available to work full-time and with rotating schedules;
- Excellent customer care skills;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and telephone manner;
- Fiber optic internet connection and an Ethernet Cable are mandatory to be able to work from home. On-site job also available.
