- What would your occupation be?
- To manage telephone contacts in italian with customers;
- Technical support in telecommunications;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and continuity with the company in the long term;
- Advise the customer about services and offers;
- Generate added value for the customer, with the main focus on the sales area.

- Fluency in italian/english;
- Ability to compromise;
- Basic knowledge and previous experience in call center;
- Good level of communication;
- Sense of duty and punctuality;
- Strong customer focus;
- Flexibility and resistance to stress;
- Independent and accurate working method.

salary package between 1412€ and 1772€ per month
Contract duration: 12 months
