You will be responsible for helping the clients of one of the biggest social media platforms with questions regarding payments, adds and other issues related to their online business in the platform ( it is basically Business to Business). Ypu will be providing this support through chat, email and also outbound calls (if necessary).competências

Excellent English (B2 level minimum);
High-school diploma (mandatory);
Tech savvy and love for social media and internet;

Base salary of 950€ gross/month (x14);

167€ net per month in meal-allowance;

Full-time job: 8h/dayly, 40h weekly, in rotational shifts, from Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm
