interact with customers through outbound calls, in order to sell basic products and services and guide them if they have any doubt;
responsible for processing customer orders and sales, providing/receiving information, selling products/services to customers, as well as providing basic customer support;
finding the best solution for each customer, because at the end of the day, the most important thing will be that each customer has his or her problem solved.competências
