responsabilidades chave
- interact with customers through outbound calls, in order to sell basic products and services and guide them if they have any doubt;
- responsible for processing customer orders and sales, providing/receiving information, selling products/services to customers, as well as providing basic customer support;
- finding the best solution for each customer, because at the end of the day, the most important thing will be that each customer has his or her problem solved.
competências
- native/fluent in German (eliminatory factor)
- ability to manage multiple computer platforms at the same time;
- If you like to browse social media frequently and are a fan of apps, you certainly have the skills we are looking for;
