assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or email in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding reservations and attending to potential requests;
resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints;
provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools;
proficient in German and English, both oral and written;
previous experience in a call center environment (preferred);
high school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus);
knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).
What we have to offer you?
base salary of 1010€/month;
meal allowance of 7,23€ per day worked;
performance bonus up to 140€/month;
schedule: monday to saturday, between 7am and 7pm;
2 days off: sunday + 1 rotational day
permanent working contract with a 3 months trial period
location Braga
