assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally;

support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues;

attract potential customers by answering questions about rent-a-car reservations and their different options, providing additional information to meet customer needs;

gather information from new customers and input it into the platform;

process and respond to contact requests promptly, contributing to fostering commitment to our client's brand;

proficient in German;

previous experience in a call center environment (preferred);

high school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus);

knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).

What we have to offer you?

base salary of 1010€/month;

meal allowance of 7,23€ per day worked;

performance bonus up to 120€/month;

schedule: monday to sunday, from 7am to 8pm.

2 days off: weekend

permanent working contract with a 3 months trial period

location Braga (work at home)
