- you will be responsible for generating excitement around services and accurately and efficiently solving emerging issues that customers may face;
- assist customers over the phone in an interactive and friendly manner;
- attract potential customers by answering questions about products and services;
- handle inquiries and respond in a timely manner;
- manage requests;
competências
native or advanced french (C2) proficiency;
intermediate level of English (B2);
excellent communication skills;
experience in customer service is a plus;principais benefícios
What do we have for you?
- base salary of 830€/month;
- performance bonus up to 170€/month;
- complexity bonus of 20€/month;
- meal allowance of 7,23€ per day worked;
- schedule: monday to saturday, between 8:30am and 7:30pm (rotational shifts);
- days off: Sunday and 1 rotational day
- working contract:
6 months (renewable)
Location: Braga (hybrid, 2 days per week on site)
