Providing information regarding products/services available;

Dutch native or fluent speaker (mandatory);
Good knowledge of English;
High school certificate or equivalent (mandatory);
Available to work full-time and with rotating schedules;
Excellent customer care skills;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and telephone manner;
Fiber optic internet connection and an Ethernet Cable are mandatory.principais benefícios
What we have for you?
- Salary: 1800€ gross/month (base salary of 1.600€ + Dutch language bonus of 100€ + Performance bonus 100€ gross values)
- Meal allowance of 6€ net per working day (approx. 132,00€ net per month)
- Schedule from 08am to 5pm, from Monday to Friday
- Health insurance
- Location: Porto on-site OR work-from-home (must have fiber optic connection to the internet)
- Long term work contract
- Possibility to work remotely, if you live in Portugal and have a fixed fiber connection to the internet in your home (remote job possibility to be confirmed during the recruitment process).
- Initial month of paid training
