Our client is a company in the Information Technology sector that is looking to expand its business in Portugal with the hiring of a Customer Success Manager (m/f).

Responsibilities
• Develop and activate strategies to grow and manage accounts;
• Being responsible for developing relationships with strategic accounts;
• Learn and understand the customer’s goals, needs and challenges;
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create strategies that improve short and long-term growth;
• Analyse performance data and provide insight to customers;
• Work with the Customer Success team to develop processes and projects;
• Responsible for team management.

competências

Requirements
Experience in account management;
Communication skills;
3 years experience in Customer Success;
Organizational, problem solving and time management skills;
Empathic profile, with the ability to understand customer needs;
Being a team player;
Being able and willing to travel;
Experience in e-commerce;
College degree;
Proficiency in Spanish or French is preferential.
