Guarantee the Delivery to Cash process and Commercial Policy for all customers;
To be the main interlocutor for the Operations & Supply Chain department;
Implementation and identification of collaboration plans with the clients;
Follow up the logistics requirements negociated with customers in order to guarantee customer satisfaction at optimal cost;
Define the sales forecast of new products and promotional actions;
Ensure the main KPIs: On Shelf Availability and Service Level on target;
Work closely with respective sales staff as their internal contact point for customer requirements, including special projects, and/or product changes, etc.;
Interact with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner;
Build and sustain positive customer relationships;
Collaborate with multiple departments to propose and implement solutions to customer challenges.

University Degree;
3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain: Demand, Planning and Customer Collaboration;
FMCG knowledge and main sales channels;
Good communication and negotiation skills, as well as high analytic skills;
Ability to maintain calm under pressure;
Efficiency and organizational skills;
Strong attention to detail;
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook);
Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
