Our Agents should be genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They should understand the value of good communication skills

Problem-solving

Fluent, verbal and written in German (C1); 

Excellent communication skills; 

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening; 

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
