Provide cost engineering services based on assumptions, references, models and experience for civil programmes.
Assessing risks, identifying cost drivers, and recommending cost optimisations
Cross-site coordination of costing and evaluation processes for development services, bottom-up calculations and parametric cost estimates
Department-specific preparation of data to support the manufacturing areas in the area of SAP master data maintenance
Development of parametric derivation structures (e.g. component dimensions, material factors, weight, complexity, manufacturing processes etc.)
Creation of specific characteristic data as comparison parameters for current and future calculations
Evaluation of modifications (current contracts)
Support of make-buy decisions (supplier evaluations, evaluation of external offers)
Preparation of quotations in cooperation with the programme management and the manufacturing centres
Conducting bid negotiations with the customer
Ongoing evaluation (co- and post-costing) of aerostructures and components of existing scopes of work
Supporting ongoing quotation issues (new acquisition issues)

A diploma/master's degree in engineering or business administration and several years of professional experience or a comparable qualification acquired in another way
Experience in leading various projects
High resilience and assertiveness
Team & communication skills
Business fluent English (German desirable)
Experience in MS Office and G Suite
