As a result of a partnership between Randstad Technologies and one of the largest multinational companies of telecommunications, we are looking for an Controlled Introduction Engineer.

Provide Tier 2/3 Level customer support, incident management and resolution by direct
troubleshooting work or knowledge re-use.
Identify accurate solutions for cases, based on depth analysis, in the agreed timeframe with
high quality to ensure 'first time' right.
Participate in field activities, such as, homologations, trials and pilots with our end customers.
Collaborate with Integration and Verification team in the validation tests for new and
maintenance releases.

competências

Profile:
- Between 1-4 years Telecommunications industry experience;
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Electronical or Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent
experience;
- English spoken/ written is mandatory;
- Available to travel worldwide

Technical skills:
- Good understanding of Transmission Technologies (DWDM, Ethernet L2/L3, IP, Carrier
Ethernet, PTN/MPLS, GMPLS);
- Good knowledge about Operating Systems (Windows and Linux) and Oracle
- Strong analytical skills to create Test Cases in complex network scenarios
- Ability to debug software problems and discuss the cases with software development teams
