responsabilidades chave
Works extensively with customers along with appropriate internal and external resources on the strategy/deployment/optimization of services and solutions;
Takes leadership role in execution of delivery projects;
Improves solutions and methods developed in the field for use to the wider practice;
Creates, reviews and approves project deliverables;
Builds and/or leverage test environments as required to resolve highly complex problems and compatibility issues;
Leverages software skills and tools to configure, deploy and/or troubleshoot products and solutions;
Contributes in the development of digital intellectual capital;
Acts as a focal point for problem resolution for assigned customer engagements;
Assures proper and quick resolution of complex customer problems across an
appropriate range of technologies.competências
BSc Computer Science or equivalent plus 5-8 years of relevant work experience. Advanced degree strongly preferred;
Experience in technical consulting and engaging with customers, building CRDs and Designs for software solutions;
Act as technical team leader for developers in a large/complex project with distributed dev teams;
Guide and inspire people in analyzing and solving complex problems in a collaborative team
environment;
Able to work with minimal direct supervision, delivering high quality code;
Comfortable working in a GNU/Linux environment;
Programming languages, protocols, standards: Java or Python, Nodejs, JSON & XML, NETCONF & RESTCONF, YANG;
Pluses:
Experience working on Cisco's NSO-based solutions
Experience working on Itential's IAP-based solutions
Good understanding of Enterprise Network/Data Center Solutions, IP networking, Switching and routing.principais benefícios
