In this position you will manage, coordinate, and administer compensation programs and policies to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the compensation function in Europe and Northern Africa. You will report directly into the Head of Compensation & Benefits located in Germany.
You will also:
Act as an advisor and educator with all matters linked to compensation and benefits;
Roll-out and facilitate Regional Compensation programs to local HR;
Conduct Job Evaluation and ensure cross-country equity;
Administration and coordination of administration programs as well as merit and bonus processes;
Improvement of processes to ensure that the corporate pay philosophy remains market competitive but also compatible with the company philosophy;
Analyzing changes in salaries and or/ salary bands that deviate from policy or job structure;
Design and conduct compensation surveys and benchmark positions and salaries throughout the organization;
Perform special compensation analysis and projects (eg. Comp in SAP Success Factors) as requested.
