Our client is a prestigious company in the sector, and is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to reinforce his team.

competências


-Degree in Human Resources, Management, Economics or similar;

-Minimum 5 years experience working in a similar role;

-Excellent knowledge and experience with labor law and regulation topics;

-Experienced with Excel and manipulating large amounts of data and preparing reports;

-Excellent level of English;

-Strong administrative, multi-tasking, time management, and planning and organizational skills;

-A professional with a data-driven mind-set and analytical reasoning;

-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;

-Ability to innovate and be creative.

principais responsabilidades



-Support administratively the process and management of the company’s payroll;

-Support the administration of compensation and benefit plans;

-Ensure compliance and communication of employment standards, legal requirements and advising on needed actions;

-Prepare reports and HR Comp & Ben Dashboard for HRD and Management Team using business metrics and KPIs;

-Perform, plan and assist Shareholding campaign across the organization;

-Assist in Health and Safety programs and initiatives;

-Respond to employee questions and concerns on general HR policies and procedures;

-Assist with data entry into our HRIS systems regarding new hires, promotions, and data changes;

-Perform forecasting and modelling as needed;

-Develop guidelines and tools to support employee compensation actions, promotional increases, new hire salaries, merit increases;

-Perform continuous research about emerging trends, issues and best practices, using data analytics to help improving processes or programs;

-Support annual salary review process, auditing performance reviews, verifying rate changes, and preparing summary reports;

-Support Talent Acquisition with compensation offers, benchmarking for new roles or other compensation related issues;

-Participate in market surveys to determine prevailing compensation and benefits practices;

-Make recommendations to improve compensation processes and workflow to increase department’s efficiency and effectiveness.
