One of their main goals is to make cities safer, smarter and more connected and, as a Community Support Representative, you will contribute directly to this mission, facilitating the user experience.
You will collaborate with a team that focuses on problem solving and whose motto and attitude are do-whatever-it-takes.

• Provide a service of excellence to the customers, giving them the necessary support, by phone, e-mail or chat
• Solving problems (or escalate them if necessary) and transforming unsatisfactory experiences into new opportunities to enhance the clients loyalty
• Building loyalty among new clients and get our early adopters to fall in love with the service we provide

And the compensation package includes:
• A very competitive salary - 1166€
• Meal allowance - 4,77€/day
• Monthly credits to use in the services provided by our client - 130€

• Permanent placement with the company you'll be working for!

Work schedule:
• Full-time (Monday to Sunday)
• Shifts between 07:00 am and 12:00 am


Ability to speak and write fluently one of the follow languages: French or Hebrew (mandatory)
Good knowledge of English (mandatory)
Above-average computer skills (typing, quick navigation between various tools)
Capacity of learning and adjusting to situations quickly while working under pressure
Capacity to identify problems before they come large scale issues
Being a team player, as you will be part of a team where continuous improvement is the secret of evolution
Passion about helping others and find speedy resolution
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
