One of Uber's main goals is to make cities safer, smarter and more connected and, as a Community Support Representative at the Uber Center of Excellence in Lisbon, you will contribute directly to this mission, facilitating the user experience. At the same time, as this Center Of Excellence has just opened at Lisbon, there is an immense opportunity to build together with the team the customer service that Uber wants for its clients. You will collaborate with a team that focuses on problem solving and whose motto and attitude are do-whatever-it-takes.
The loyalty of Uber customers is paramount to the success of the company and the Center of Excellence plays a crucial role in converting Uber users into true fans of the company.

You will be responsible for:

Provide a service of excellence to the customers, giving them the necessary support, by phone, e-mail or chat;
Solving problems (or escalate them if necessary) and transforming unsatisfactory experiences into new opportunities to enhance the clients loyalty;
Building loyalty among new clients and get our early adopters to fall in love with the service we provide.

The shifts available:
40 hrs per week, various shifts (you will be scheduled to work 5 days across Sunday through Saturday. This will include working weekends and public holidays on a rotating schedule. Evening and night shifts available also).


We expect you:

To be fluent in Dutch;
To have a proficient level of reading comprehension and writing skills in Dutch;
To have a good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
To have above-average computer skills (typing, quick navigation between various tools);
To learn and adjust to situations quickly while working under pressure;
To be able to identify problems before they come large scale issues;
To be a team player, as you will be part of a team where continuous improvement is the secret of evolution;
To be a passionate about helping others and find speedy resolutions;
