- Monitoring alerts management; incident management using monitoring tools for detection, troubleshooting, resolution or L2 escalation; contribute to service improvements and documentation.
Supervising and implementing all the day-to-day operations required for the running of the company's cloud platforms.
Manage the day-to-day operations associated with the lifecycle of cloud services and ensure that they run correctly (client start-up, updates, etc.).
Handle routine operations escalated by customers using support tools.
Act as the technical point of contact for escalations.
Detect incidents or take charge of incidents escalated by the Group's support entities.
Implement a diagnosis or escalate in accordance with defined procedures.
Ensure compliance with the service contract.
Comply and ensure compliance with security rules.
Act as technical contact for other team members and teams.
Participate on daily technical meetings.
Manage and ensure the planning of requests.
Creating, updating and reviewing technical documentation.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's activities.
Motivation to learn and to grow in the organization.
Able to apply technical documentation in the field.
- More than 1 year of experience in administration of Windows Server (mandatory requirement).
Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 is valued.
Experience with these are not mandatory but are valued: Citrix, SQL, Scripting (with Powershell or another), IIS, ITIL.
Other experiences/knowledge valued: Linux, Microsoft Azure, Oracle, VMware, Hyper-V, monitoring tools, AWS, networking, Access.
Ability to write technical documentation.
Interest in working with multiple technologies and platforms is valued.
Good English (intermediate B2 level is a mandatory requirement).
