Upon Front Office request, take part of the onboarding process for any new client;
Support the client in his understanding of our requirements and expectations and in his digital onboarding journey through the bank' web portal
Collect the required information in public sources (website, utilities) and afterwards, by reaching out the client through the internal web portal or directly, by contacting the client; Store the information collected into the internal web portal when needed;
Support Front Office in the overall process and give visibility if needed;

if you have:
proficiency in French is mandatory;
law background, economics, management, finance, or other can be also acceptable;
experience in compliance in KYS related functions;
sense of urgency, multi-tasking, quickly identifying and escalating to the appropriate level for resolution;
strong writing, research and analysis skills, capability to document relevant information in a clear, structured and comprehensive way;
self-starter, team player.
