Your field of activity includes advising our customers on stakeholder specific Communication and Change Management initiatives as well as Digital Enablement and Adoption activities for newly implemented solutions, processes and operating models. We are working with clients from all industries across the whole globe, enabling digital transformations of individual business units to entire organizations.
Focusing on digitalization – You lead and support change management activities for digitization initiatives like ERP implementations, HR and Finance Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) deployments and cloud transformations. For our clients you will ensure stakeholder engagement and enablement and acceptance of new ways of working.

You successfully completed a University Degree
Excellent English language skills
You are ideally experienced in change management in the context of complex digitization projects - preferably from consulting or in a corporate environment
You know and understand the common methods and project phases of technology projects or system implementations and can derive the requirements and activities of change management from this
