Funtions

Reporting to the Lead Engineer, this person will assume the following functions:

- Identify the potential suppliers/subcontractors into the company's supplier database, finalize the request for quotation (RFQ) dossier and dispatch it to suppliers;
- Assist the Supply Chain Engineer on ensuring the suppliers' technical proposals for raw materials, equipments, mechanics' spare parts are techcnically suitable & in accordance with the purchase requests (PR) issued by our clients' fabrication Yard (fabrication for Oil & Gas Offshore projects);
- Receive, technically first check the PR & clarify (if needed) with Yard requesters and/or purchasing department;
- Record and capture all data of Purchase Request into the companys' Suplly Chain Management Process IT System;
- Ensure technical documents' control tasks and filing;
